Part Three: Clocked, a typical speed and heart-raising class with alternative levels for you and your plus one.
Part Four: High+Tight, with a lot of core, obliques, and belly movements, we will cover safe alternative for all major movement patters seen in this class.

    This 70 minute informational video will walk you through all trimesters to give you the foundational knowledge of what is happening to your body and what adjustments you may need to make within your workout classes. Please reference the powerpoint for supporting information.

  • Baby and the Badass (Control)

    This 60 minute class led by Stephanne Musser will demonstrate the mains moves seen in Control or a strength based class. Anna will provide support on different levels to take based on where you are in your pregnancy/postpartum journey.

  • Baby and The Badass (Clocked)

    This 45 minute class led by Matt Wion will walk through all the main moves you see in a Clocked or HIIT style class. Anna will provide support on different levels to take based on where you are in your pregnancy/postpartum journey.

  • Baby and The Badass (High+Tight)

    This 60 minute class led by Darcey Wion walking through the main movement patterns seen in a High+Tight, barre, mat pilates style class. Anna will provide support on different levels to take based on where you are in your pregnancy/postpartum journey.
