This class is a full body In The Mix. Block 1 will include compound (lower + upper body) strength moves before moving on to 30 second cardio sprint rounds. You will isolate the lower body moves in Block 2 and the upper body rounds in Block 3. Cardio will find its place throughout class to keep your heart rate up. Grab a set of weights and press play!
