A 40 minute cardio + strength combo that is CRAZY AF. You need 1 set of heavy dumbbells only. This format will keep your mind as engaged as your body with 7-7-7 / 5-5-5 / 3-3-3 (7 rounds, 7 moves, 7 reps each etc.).
