  • 6 Feet Under

    35 minutes of all out cardio using 1 heavy dumbbell. There will be 10 reps of your choice of breathless strength (snatches, thruster, swings) woven in between the cardio rounds. Once we start, we do not stop.

  • Before She Goes

    Cardio, triceps, and core... in that order. You will need a box and light weights. A fast paced 30 minute challenge that will be over before you know it!

    A 45 minute "The Course" inspired workout. A former in studio class, brought to your home on the Digital Studio. This will be a blend of cardio and strength. A heavy weight, something to mimic hurdles, jump rope, and a wall.
