In total, this class could be 60 minutes (30 on the treadmill, bike, rowers etc. and 30 strength). If you want to only do this class as strength, that works! It is designed to stand alone.
The strength will target both lower, back, and shoulders throughout 10 minute strength blocks.

Treadmill: These can be adjusted to 5-8 minute blocks if you don't have enough time.
START 10 min warmup jog/walk
10 min every 2 minute bump your incline up .1-.3. You can do this walking or running.
FINISH 10 min as Hannah instructs
