Cardio + Glutes
Cardio and glutes is the focus. Using a plyo, 1-2 heavy weights, and optional loop band. You will burn out the glutes through pistol squats and plyo cardio. The rounds will be 45-60 seconds of lower body with 1-3 rounds of cardio in between.
