  • Started From The Bottom

    30 min lower body cardio using body weight only. The longest round is 40 secs and we see some sprints and rep challenges. Quick + effective and will leave you feeling like you did a 60 min control on the legs.

    20 minutes of only BACK. Great exercises to work lats, traps, and a little shoulder. Grab a medium to heavy set of weights. This is a great compliment to another cardio lower body challenge or a burpee burnout.

    30 minutes of core using 1 medium weight and 1 light weight. There will be a variety of timed and rep based rounds.
