This format will keep your mind as engaged as your body with 7-7-7 / 5-5-5 / 3-3-3 (7 rounds, 7 moves, 7 reps each etc.). Low Impact Cardio
Just under 20 minutes of a low impact cardio challenge. All moves are on our feet (no planks!) with a mix of timed rounds and rep rounds. No warmup, we just right into it. The prefect workout when days you just want to move.
