  • The Legs Stand Alone

    A 40 minute lower body strength challenge with zero upper body. Grab heavy weights and an optional plyo box.

    A great add on that will focus on hip, ankles, and feet. The short duration will give you everything you need for the limited time you have.

  • Upper Attack

    Non stop for the upper body using a variety of weights. This one will hit ALL of the upper body with 45 second rounds and reps.

  • Control Inspired Lower

    A 30 minute lower body Control inspired class. You will heavy weights and a plyo box. There will be AMRAP rounds, get after it!

  • The Arms Stand Alone

    30 minutes of upper body strength using a range of weights. The focus is back, biceps, and shoulders. Chest and triceps will be hit with tricep push-ups and push-up plank rows.

  • Phase 2 Back

    25 minutes of cardio and back. You will use a plyo for both the cardio and the strength. Class starts strength heavy and ends cardio heavy. Nothing longer than 40 sec rounds and NO reps. If you are looking for the other part of this full length ITM class, search "Phase 1 Lower".

  • Upper Front and Lower Back

    A lower body and shoulder challenge using heavy weights and a plyo box. The front half will focus on upper body and the back half will focus on lower.

  • Phase 1 Lower

    25 minutes of lower body and cardio. Deadlifts, squats, and curtsy lunges using a loop band and heavy weights. No reps, all timed rounds. Half is cardio and the other half is strength. This is part 1 of a full ITM class, if you are looking for the other half search for "Phase 2 Back".

  • Go All Out

    20 minutes of a core + cardio combo using optional light weights. Get after the core rounds as it won't be a half and half split, enough to feel it but go hard!

  • Control Style Upper

    A 30 minute upper body class using a variety of weights. This challenge will mirror Control style class focusing on chest, triceps, and shoulders.

    A 20 minute lower body challenge using heavy weights and a plyo box. A mixture of timed rounds and rep rounds.

  • Mini Combo

    A 30 minute core and back challenge. Grab light weights, heavy weights, gliders and a long band. The core will be HT focused with the back being Control focused.

  • I Love It

    A 30 minute cardio challenge using a plyo box (but you can complete without). The format for today's class is 30 seconds of a move, 20 reps of the move, and 10 fly by round.

    A 20 minute booty banded workout. A great quickie for travel.

  • When Back And Legs Combine

    Under 30 minutes of strength focusing on the lower body and back. Using a glider for the lower body (think HT lower) and heavy weights for back (Control Style).

  • Part 3 Conclusion

    For the conclusion of Gretchen's 3 part series, you will use a plyo box, a towel and light/medium weights. This focus will be core and back. Part 1 "Step Up Love" and Part 2 "Seated + Lay Down" if you are interested in combining them together.
