A 50 minute combo of Control and High+Tight for a 2 for 1 punch. 2 gliders, a long band, light weights for overhead tricep extensions and tricep kickbacks, and heavy weights for chest and back. You can complete without gliders and without a long band. There is core in today's class but modifications are given for a pregnancy friendly options.
