This Control will focus on the back, triceps and shoulders. We use reps to work our triceps and back - you’ll be sure to build muscle with this one! All you need is light weights (tricep kickbacks, reverse flys) to medium/heavy weights (plank rows, bent over rows).

In The Mix Kelsey 10.8
This ITM will focus on the back of the body (triceps, back and hamstrings) with some core. It only has 20% true cardio but we'll still get our heart rate up with full body strength! You'll need light weights, heavy weights and a plyo box.
