Drop It Low
30 minutes of a low impact Clocked class using light weights and a plyo box. Low impact but high energy with all 30 second rounds. This class will leave you with a ton of options to tackle any other In The Mix and Clocked class lower impact to meet you where you are.

Keeping It Low... Impact.
45 minutes of low impact cardio using light weights, loop band, and plyo box. Don't let low impact fool you, this is a sweaty, rep based, high intensity workout. Check out "The Low Down" if you liked this low impact challenge.

Friendly Cardio
Just under 30 minutes of cardio with NO planks, NO burpees, and low impact options. A fast paced class alternating between 30 sec rounds and rep weaves. Once you press play, there is no stopping. A great workout for both the SOS veteran and beginner. Grab light weights and a plyo box.

Welcome Back Steph! Join Steph for a 60 minute Control. This Control will focus on the post partum "bounce back". A great starting place for those coming back from pregnancy or an injury. You will need a variety of weights.
