    20 minutes of straight forward goodness for the chest and triceps. We use 40 second rounds to take out the Triceps + Chest. We will use a plyo box but this class is possible without it!

    A 30 minute lower body challenge utilizing High+Tight movements with lighter weights (optional ankle weights). This is part of a 2 part series, 1 for the lower body, and 1 for the upper, "High On The Upper". If you have time, take both for a full 60 minutes!
