This insane cardio workout will have a 5 minute warm up followed by 40 minutes of non-stop work. We'll use a plyo box and light weights to get tons of variety in our moves today. We will have a "mountain" mentality - climbing a mountain for 20 minutes and then working our way back down. Enjoy!
