A 45 minutes of a lower body Control. This class will focus on eccentric movements, think slow and steady in today's class. A change of pace to keep you on your toes and target your muscles differently. Grab heavy weights and a plyo box (tall is good today) and a light set up weights to stand on for calves at the end.
