This Control will focus on the back, triceps and shoulders. We use reps to work our triceps and back - you’ll be sure to build muscle with this one! All you need is light weights (tricep kickbacks, reverse flys) to medium/heavy weights (plank rows, bent over rows).

A HT and Control Mashup for the ultimate, jam, packed hour. We will start standing using a lighter loop band to wake up the back, shoulders, and legs. You will need heavy weights for back and legs. A stronger loop band will end class, mixed in with deadlifts.
