A 45 minutes of a lower body Control. This class will focus on eccentric movements, think slow and steady in today's class. A change of pace to keep you on your toes and target your muscles differently. Grab heavy weights and a plyo box (tall is good today) and a light set up weights to stand on for calves at the end.

55 minutes of High+Tight using a loop band, gliders, ankle weights (for arms) or light weights, and 1 heavy dumbbell. You will start standing with your heels on light weights and end down on the mat for some glute work. This is a pregnancy friendly HT with no planking.

Throwing it back for SOS "Stack Week"! Pair this with "Soul Crusher" 30 minutes of all shoulders and back. Grab light, medium, and heavy weights. One of Darcey's all time favorite upper body burners with a little bit of rotational work for the core up front.
