This workout will combine low impact cardio and lower body strength for the ultimate burn. We weave in our basic lower body moves with heavy weights for reps and go on the clocked with dynamic strength and lower body focused cardio. If your legs haven't been sore in awhile, we dare you to press play! You'll need light cardio weights to heavy deadlift weights.
