If you are a Control junkie and want to fit yoga into your routine, this class is for you! You will need medium/heavy weights to work through some basic (and challenging) Control moves while we flow in between. We start with a warm up to gain mobility, go through a control-heavy center and take it down to stretch all of the muscles we worked.

A 60 minute, total burner for the lower body using heavy weights, light weights for cardio (regardless of what Kelsey says in the beginning) and a loop band. This is TRUE 50/50 split between cardio and strength so get ready to sweat, build muscle and have fun!

A 45 minute Control focusing on back and legs. Grab a variety of weights but focus on challenging yourself with heavies as today is a GREAT day to push the weights. The movements are more straight forward to give you time to focus on your form and weight.
