This ITM will take out your shoulder, core, and legs (with a focus on inner thighs) by using full body movements. ALL of the cardio we see is rep-based, never on the clock, so we have no choice but to get breathless. You’ll need a variety of weights (light to heavy) and a plyo box. PS: NO burpees and NO box jumps
