You’ll need light to heavy weights for this upper body burner! We’ll see biceps, triceps, back and shoulders in a format that will fly by. We start with 3 minutes of LIGHT upper body cardio to get warm then we see strength for the rest of our time together!

Grab a foam roller and a strap/band or even a towel. Starts simple with back and shoulder mobility and progresses to more complex exercises as you get warmer.
