    30 minutes of chest and back using a variety of weights. Light enough for weights with your supermans and heavy for traditional chest and back.

    A 30 minute flow focused on heart openers, shoulders, and chest. A lot of stretching with flowing. Bring a band or strap to deepen the stretches.

    Your choice on when you break and how you break. You get ONE break, every 5 minutes. The strength focus today will be on chest, back, and shoulders. There are dynamic moves so you will also get a little bit of lower.
