30 minutes of upper body strength using a range of weights. There is a ton of variety in how you will burn out the upper body today.

Phase 2 Back

Upper Front and Lower Back
A lower body and shoulder challenge using heavy weights and a plyo box. The front half will focus on upper body and the back half will focus on lower.

Control Style Upper
A 30 minute upper body class using a variety of weights. This challenge will mirror Control style class focusing on chest, triceps, and shoulders.
