This High+Tight and Clocked combo is the perfect mix of both. The cardio rounds are no longer than 30 seconds and the HT rounds focus on all core. This one left Darcey's core sore for days following. Grab a set of light weights and a ball. If you do not have a ball you can use a pillow.
