A working 45 minute full body banger that will be a bit different than our standard full body classes that typically include a ton of dynamic strength. You will still tackle your juicy dynamic strength using 1 HEAVY dumbbell (don't pass up the heavy opportunity in the first block) but we find the time to isolate biceps, triceps, chest, and obliques. All isolation rounds are 30 seconds so this is your day to lift heavier than you normally would.
