HIGH+TIGHT™ The Muscle Definer. H+T falls into the Strength component of The System. Using lighter weights & bands, we pulse, pause and isolate every move with the intent of increasing “Time Under Tension.” Not only is this class made to cut and define, but it also works to prevent your body from injury, targeting your smaller harder to hit muscles. This will make your body shake, sweat & burn...but trust us, when it’s burning it’s working.

A 60 min HT class using light weights + a loop band to target your entire body.

A 60 minute FULL BODY HT class using light weights and something you can slide on (towel, paper plates, grocery bag).

Throwback: Kim will lead you through a 60 min High+Tight class using a loop band and light weights. This class is pregnancy friendly.

Lindsey will lead you through an upper body focused High+Tight using light weights + a long band. If you don't have a long band you can replace with light weights.

Keri will lead you through an epic High+Tight focused on the core and glutes using nothing but light weights. If you have ankle weights put them on before pressing play!

High+Tight Steph 5.33
Steph will use light weights and a loop band for a full body High+Tight. If you don't have light weights you can use cans of soup/beans or small water bottles. If you don't have a loop band it will be optional for an added challenge.

This is a 60 minute High+Tight Class. You will need light weights (cans of beans/soup or water bottles will work) and gliders. If on carpet, grab paper plates or if on hardwood/tile grab 2 towels.
