    A 30 minute challenge to target the core. 1 weight for Russian Twists, weighted crunches, and full sit ups. Class starts with 15, 30 sec rounds with tight transitions.

    A 30 minute lower body challenge. This will include both Control, HT, and Clocked lower body moves. Grab a variety of weights and loop band.

    A 30 minute challenge focusing on CARDIO! You may grab an optional plyo box. The format will start with 14 x 30 second timed rounds before moving into rep rounds.
