This challenge begins with a core and outer thigh flow that has you moving from the ground to your feet, burns out the the outer thigh on the feet in the middle, and ends on your back attacking the core while still sprinkling in outer though. Outer thigh is always at the forefront of the movement, but the core is heavily involved throughout!
