The focus of today's ITM is chest + back. Don't worry, we won't leave out legs and cardio. Class starts with all 40 sec rounds alternating between strength and cardio. Your first challenge will be for your chest + core.

We Found Abs in a Cardio Place
We will bounce back and forth from cardio into obliques for a quick 20 minute workout. The rounds are shorter so make sure you go hard on the cardio and hop right into the strength. Matt was sore for a week.
