A 60 minute Control that is an in studio, fan favorite. This Control will hit the Lower Body, Biceps and Back. There is *no dynamic strength* so it's a great class to focus on form and heavy weights. We will sprinkle in some new moves to work your muscles in every way possible! You need Light-Heavy weights, a loop band and an optional long resistance band.
