This Control/HT mash up will focus on legs, inner thighs, core, obliques and biceps. You'll need medium weights (biceps, optional for core) and heavy weights (lower body) and a loop band OR long band (you can substitute this with weights if you don't have one). This one is guaranteed to make you sore in so many ways!
