  • Core Flow

    This weighted flow will focus on core strength. You'll need a set of light weights and one heavy weight.

    Grab a foam roller and a strap/band or even a towel. Starts simple with back and shoulder mobility and progresses to more complex exercises as you get warmer.

    A 30 minute upper mobility flow focusing on chest, shoulders, and back. A sprinkle of oblique strength and stretching. Great class after Steph's "All Over The Place."

    A lower body Restore + Recover using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and optional long band. This is the treat your body needs.

    An upper body recovery class using a foam roller, long band or yoga strap, lacrosse ball, optional yoga blocks. This is not an Ebb + Flo class. This is intended to be a blend of recovery using stretch and mobility.

    A 20 minute flow with the runners in mind. This flow is for any one looking for some loving on the ankles, feet, IT bands, chest, shoulders etc. You will need a strap (bath robe, belt will do) to open up your chest and shoulders.
