    A 60 minute Control + High + Tight combo using heavy weights, light weights, 2 yoga blocks, long band, gliders. The equipment will make this workout challenging and fun, keeping you on your toes. You will bounce back and forth between Control and HT blocks of work.

    A 30 minute core and back challenge. Grab light weights, heavy weights, gliders and a long band. The core will be HT focused with the back being Control focused.
