  • Speed Flow

    This workout will give you everything you need - stretch and cardio - in just 40 mins! This will combine Clocked + Ebb + Flo. Shoes are optional, so just press play and get started.

    A 30 minute cardio challenge to kick off MARCH MADNESS! You will need a loop band to crunch this banger to kick off day 1. A mash up of multiple move rounds, rep rounds, timed rounds, and a burpee + push-up finisher.

  • Ebb+Flo Steph 2.20

    A 30 minute Ebb+Flo class starting with a quick grounding and centering before moving into a flow and coming all the way back down. Perfect for those in a time crunch or who are new to Ebb.

    A 20 minute, in and out, cardio challenge with the longest rounds being 50 seconds. You need nothing but you for this challenge or an optional plyo box.

  • High+Tight Darcey 1.30

    A 45 minute HT using a long band only with the option of light weights. This is the perfect travel workout as you ONLY need a band. This was inspired by what Darcey brought on her trip to Mexico.
