    Chest +Core. This challenge alternates between chest (chest flys and presses) and core moves for all 20 minutes.

  • We Found Abs in a Cardio Place

    We will bounce back and forth from cardio into obliques for a quick 20 minute workout. The rounds are shorter so make sure you go hard on the cardio and hop right into the strength. Matt was sore for a week.

  • Oblique Power Flow

    This power flow challenge will target your obliques to not only stretch them but to work them! Get ready for a challenging power flow to leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened.

  • Cardio + Core

    Steph will lead you through a 20 minute cardio challenge with core focused moves. No equipment needed.
