  • Foam Roller Strength

    A 30 minute challenge focused on the core with a sprinkle of chest in the beginning and glutes at the end using a foam roller or a glider. This challenge is bound you leave you sore AF.

    A 30 minute, no equipment strength challenge. You will flow from upper, lower, and core to attack the full body using nothing but you. The rounds will be timed and rep based.

  • Cardio Inspired Strength Pt 4

    A 30 minute cardio inspired strength to get your heart pumping. All rounds are 40 seconds long using 1 heavy dumbbell. There is impact in this class but options to take a level 2, if needed.
