  • Flap Your Wings

    This is all about the biceps and triceps. You will start with 1 bicep move and continue to add more bicep rounds as you progress. In between each bicep round will be a tricep push-up weave.

  • Ready For Take Off

    EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH paired with CORE. Need we say more? You will only need one heavy weight.

  • My Feet Don't Leave The Ground

    30 rounds of triceps, shoulders and cardio. The cardio rounds are lower impact and you can use 1 light set of weights. No heavies needed.

  • Brace For... NO Impact Cardio

    Just because your feet don't leave the ground doesn't mean your heart rate won't rise. This is a great alternative to high impact cardio that will still leave you breathless.

  • Booty Bounce

    You only need 1 heavy weight for this glute and hamstring challenge. All rounds will be 60 seconds long. You will need elevation of either a step, couch, chair, etc. for hip thrusts.

  • Push-up Plyo Power Play

    This cardio challenge will weave in cardio rounds with push ups. The cardio rounds are your choice so get ready to work!

  • Cardio Is Always A Good Idea

    This cardio challenge will use 7 moves with different variations. You will be working through several strip sets so get ready to work hard through those last 2 reps. There are low impact modifications for all moves. Keep Moving!

  • Killa Kim

    Chest +Core. This challenge alternates between chest (chest flys and presses) and core moves for all 20 minutes.

  • Show Me The Shoulders

    This 20 minute challenge will target your shoulders with challenges in between each round.

  • Do The Shaky Leg

    This challenge will walk you through lower body strength moves with heavier weights. Focusing on some of the classics like squats, sumo squats and lunges to get to work!

  • Watch Me Flex

    Biceps are the focus with a sprinkle of obliques for a "break". You will be isometrically holding the opposite arm so your arms never truly get a break.

  • Hate To See You Go, Love To See You Walk Away

    This lower body strength class with focus on full reps, pulses, and holds to really crush the legs using heavy weights.

  • Gotta Get Up To Get Down

    A 30 minute cardio + leg challenge using one set of heavy weights.

  • Oh, Oh, Oh, Obliques

    The focus of this challenge will be on the obliques using 1 heavy weight. This workout is guaranteed to make you sore the next day.

  • Feelin' Saucy

    This tricep and cardio challenge will leave your arms shaking and heart pumping. You will need light and medium weights. You can use table or chair in place of the plyo box.
