    A 30 minute upper body challenge with a sprinkle of cardio. The cardio is only there to compliment the upper body strength. Grab a variety of weights.

  • From Heavy To Light

    A dynamic strength and weighted cardio combo to pack a big punch. Grab 1 set of heavy weights for the dynamic movements and 1 light set for cardio. Pair this with "Send Help " or a cardio challenge "Old School Cardio" for a longer challenge.

  • Cardio + Glutes

    Cardio and glutes is the focus. Using a plyo, 1-2 heavy weights, and optional loop band. You will burn out the glutes through pistol squats and plyo cardio. The rounds will be 45-60 seconds of lower body with 1-3 rounds of cardio in between.
