CLOCKED™ The Calorie Torcher. It is in the Cardio component of The System. Using plyometrics and timed intervals with minimal recovery periods, this class burns calories during the workout and for hours after it ends. We target both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers, using sprint rounds for increased power, speed & explosiveness, & endurance rounds for stamina. The combination of both gives you lean muscle mass, increased V02 Max & even stronger bones. This heart racing, sweat dripping class, is terribly awesome.

    30 mins of Clocked followed by 30 mins of Ebb + Flo using no equipment. Clocked is all 30 sec rounds with rep based weaves. Ebb+Flo is a power flow with hip openers to allow your heart rate to come down.
