  • March Madness Core

    A 15 minute core challenge using 1 heavy dumbbell. A great add on after a 45 minute class or an outdoor run. All 50 second rounds and once we start we don't stop until the end.

    30 minutes of a core focused challenged. You will work through full body movements that are focused on the core the entire 30 minutes. You will need a range of weights.

    A 30 minute challenge focused on nothing but the core. Grab a lighter loop band to compliment the class along with 1 medium and 1 heavy weight. You will work from plank and lying moves before ending on your feet.

    A 30 minute core challenge using 1 heavy dumbbell with a very sneaky cardio attack. You will start on the mat and work your way to standing, ending with cardio. Grab something to complete plank walk ups on like a table, plyo, chair, etc.
