  • Before She Goes

    Let's get creative during this 20 minute core burner using nothing but a broomstick. Gretchen brings the pre sweat energy into this one.

    30 minute back and core challenge. Class starts with an add on peel back moving from supermans to plank work. Ending with weighted back and traditional core before a SUPER finisher. You could pair this with Quick Back for extra. Grab light weights.

  • Body Machine 2

    A 30 minute glute and core focused, no equipment challenge. The best machine is your body and this one will have you burning in all the right places. If you like this one, check out Part 1. Take them solo or combine them together for a full hour.

  • Keep Dancing

    30 minutes of core ALL standing. You don't need to take it to the mat to crush the core so enjoying the standing core work. You will need 1 heavy weight (don't sleep on this) and a light set.

    A 40 minute glute + core workout inspired by High+Tight moves. Grab something to glide on, long band (can be subbed out for weights), and yoga blocks (stack of books, low chair/step).

    A 15 minute core challenge using 1 heavy dumbbell. A great add on after a 45 minute class or an outdoor run. All 50 second rounds and once we start we don't stop until the end.
