  • Gliders Galore

    45 minutes of all out glider actions to target your lower, upper, and core. You do need some sort of glider to complete this class whether it is the real deal or a towel/paper plate.

  • Banded Clocked Inspired

    A 30 minute Clocked inspired banded crusher. Starts with 6 rapid fire rounds of cardio, then weaves in an extra special (aka burpee) move in between them, essentially 2 rounds of this, then an unrelated strip set to end it.
