    A 40 minute glute + core workout inspired by High+Tight moves. Grab something to glide on, long band (can be subbed out for weights), and yoga blocks (stack of books, low chair/step).

    A 60 minute High+Tight class using light weights, gliders, and long band. The lower body + glutes is a heavy focus in today's class. This class goes up against Darcey HT 3.1.

    This 60 minute HT is a heavy focus on the core. We will weave in additional body parts but the overall focus will always come back to core. Grab a ball (optional pillow), loop band, and light weights.

    A 30 minute core challenge using 1 heavy dumbbell with a very sneaky cardio attack. You will start on the mat and work your way to standing, ending with cardio. Grab something to complete plank walk ups on like a table, plyo, chair, etc.
