Glidin' and Slidin'
The gliders will remain under the feet but switch positions from standing, planking, to bridge. This will target your full body. This workout is great on the go and can be used with just your body weight or dumbbells. Optional hand towels in place of gliders.

Stack 2 Lower
A 20 minute lower body challenge using heavy weights and a plyo box. No rounds are longer than 35 seconds so don't pull back on the weights. This is part of a 3 series stack that can be completed alone or mixed and matched for a longer strength workout.

Cardio + Glutes
Cardio and glutes is the focus. Using a plyo, 1-2 heavy weights, and optional loop band. You will burn out the glutes through pistol squats and plyo cardio. The rounds will be 45-60 seconds of lower body with 1-3 rounds of cardio in between.
