  • Crazy For The Core

    20 minutes of non stop core with no breaks. You can use a light set of weights if you have them but no equipment is needed.

  • Make Ya Say OH

    This EMOM workout will require 20 minutes of HUSTLE targeting your core and weaving in cardio. No loop band? This workout can be done with no equipment.
    30 Air Squats
    20 Hand Release Push-ups
    75-100 Bicycle Crunches
    15-25 Burpees
    Repeat 5x

  • Power Play

    Enjoy this all out cardio challenge with no equipment needed. Trummer hopes you enjoy the weave rounds, he did!

  • Core n' Flow

    Ashley will lead you through a flow that will strengthen both your core and triceps. A great quick low to get your heart rate up.

  • Core with Khaleesi

    This is a no equipment core challenge that is perfect for those wanting an extra core challenge or a 20 minute vacation workout.

  • Hit Me With Your Best Shot

    Arm Cardio. You will be breathing heavy from the cardio and shaking from the arm work. We don't waste anytime getting to work. Darcey demonstrates with light weights but if you don't have them you could complete without.

  • If My Legs Could Talk

    Gretchen crushes the legs using no equipment and explosive cardio movements. The perfect lower body quick hit if you are traveling.

  • Legs Be Limp

    Your butt has nowhere to run in this workout. With nothing but your body weight, you'll be lunging, curtsey pulsing, squat walking, and burning in the first 5 minutes. It will burn, but more importantly, it will work.

  • Glutes, Glutes, Glutes

    Glute City! This challenge will spend 10 mins on 1 side and 10 mins on the other through a series of glute bridges and donkey kicks. The band will increase the challenge but you can complete without. If you have a towel use this on a slick surface or paper plates on carpet.

  • Back To The Basics Flow

    In this challenge Ashley will break down the basics of yoga. She will walk through the common poses and break down correct form and alignment. Even for the seasoned yogi, this is a challenge you don't want to miss.

  • Shoulder Restore Flow

    This restorative challenge will focus on releasing tension in the shoulders, neck, and arms. It is a great challenge to pair with a 20 min strength upper body burnout.

  • Lower Body Mobility

    Anna will walk you through lower body mobility focusing on your hips, glutes and hamstrings. Gimme more.

  • Upper Body Mobility

    Anna will walk you through upper body mobility and recovery. Focus will be on your shoulders and upper back.

  • Shoulder Mobility

    This recovery challenge is focused on shoulder mobility. This is a great compliment to a heavy upper body workout and important for your overall fitness. You need a lacrosse ball, foam roller, towel/long band and chair.

  • Runners Mobility

    Runner? This mobility challenge is for you. Anna will walk you through 20 minutes of mobility and recovery work specifically targeted for the runner. Grab a towel or long band to help with the stretch.

  • Classic Core

    With the help of an optional loop band, this challenge will guide you through core dominated exercises. The perfect add on to a cardio or heavy strength day.

  • We Fly High (Cardio)

    You will get to work right away in this challenge! Each block is made up of 3, 45 sec cardio rounds and a 90 sec endurance round. Don't miss the end for all out sprints!

  • Dat Inner Thigh Burn Don't Lie

    The inner thighs can be overlooked on "leg day" but this challenge will focus on only these forgotten about muscles. You will need a slick floor and either a plate, towel, or socks to complete.

  • 99 Problems And This Workout Is One

    Throwback: This cardio & arm challenge weaves the world of strength and sweat. You start off each series with different style push-ups, as each minute passes you add a cardio move with the strength move, slowing losing the strength move and just leaving cardio. No Equipment needed.

  • Crazy Train Cardio

    A 20 min Cardio Challenge that is designed to get your heart rate up with no equipment or light weights.

  • Push-up Plyo Power Play

    This cardio challenge will weave in cardio rounds with push ups. The cardio rounds are your choice so get ready to work!

  • Hit Em Up Core + Cardio

    This 20 minute challenge will bounce back and forth with core and cardio with 30 second rounds. The perfect workout to get you sweaty and strong.

  • We Found Abs in a Cardio Place

    We will bounce back and forth from cardio into obliques for a quick 20 minute workout. The rounds are shorter so make sure you go hard on the cardio and hop right into the strength. Matt was sore for a week.

  • Just Move.

    All out cardio with Trummer is the best use of 20 minutes. Plyo box is optional.
