RESTORE+RECOVER™ The Ultimate “R & R.” It falls into the Recovery component of The System. Using foam rollers & lacrosse balls this class provides fascia release & mobility for the body. This detoxifying and restorative class will help increase flexibility and circulation, while reducing inflammation, soreness and joint stress. It repairs the muscle so you can continue to strengthen the muscle.

  • Restore + Recover Lower

    A lower body Restore + Recover using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and optional long band. This is the treat your body needs.

    An upper body recovery class using a foam roller, long band or yoga strap, lacrosse ball, optional yoga blocks. This is not an Ebb + Flo class. This is intended to be a blend of recovery using stretch and mobility.
