CONTROL™ The Metabolic Booster. This class is in the Strength component of The System. It uses a combination of dynamic & isolated strength to sculpt & build muscles, while decreasing your BMI & increasing your metabolism. We strategically use a variety of strength methods, blending explosive, endurance, isolated, and functional strength movements. This keeps your muscles from mastering the moves, so your body is continuously challenged, giving you more effective & efficient results.

    A 45 minute Control focusing on triceps and lower body. Grab light (triceps) and heavy weights (deadlifts).

    This 60 minute Control will be half left leg with upper body weave rounds and half right leg with new upper body weave rounds. You will need a variety of weights and a plyo box to make this one count.
