  • Clocked n' Flow

    30 mins of Clocked followed by 30 mins of Ebb + Flo using no equipment. Clocked is all 30 sec rounds with rep based weaves. Ebb+Flo is a power flow with hip openers to allow your heart rate to come down.

  • Glutes, Glutes, Glutes

    Glute City! This challenge will spend 10 mins on 1 side and 10 mins on the other through a series of glute bridges and donkey kicks. The band will increase the challenge but you can complete without. If you have a towel use this on a slick surface or paper plates on carpet.

  • Burn Like an Eagle

    Throwback: Eagle ab strip sets make the belly burn. Things heat up quickly in this core challenge. If you are looking for results, don't skip this workout.

  • Ebb + Flo Darcey 5.30

    Darcey will lead you through an Ebb + Flo class using no equipment. This class will include strength vinyasa and a breath weave.

    This HIIT style class will require no equipment but if you have light weights, a loop band and paper plates, bring them! All 30 second rounds, 150 rep challenge, and a cardio/core weave. Don't miss the 99 rep challenge at the end.

    This is a 60 minute High+Tight Class. You will need light weights (cans of beans/soup or water bottles will work) and gliders. If on carpet, grab paper plates or if on hardwood/tile grab 2 towels.

    This 20 minute challenge will use both the long band and loop band to target your legs, triceps and obliques. A powerhouse combo for your body to make the most of your workout.

    You only need 1 heavy dumbbell for this explosive strength challenge. You will take one move and continue to add to it while adding time, making each round longer.     Arm Cardio. You will be breathing heavy from the cardio and shaking from the arm work. We don't waste anytime getting to work. Darcey demonstrates with light weights but if you don't have them you could complete without.

  • Let's TRI Together

    A tricep burn out without any equipment, staying true to around 10 reps for all moves. Dolphin push-ups, pulses, holds, and planks.

  • We Found Abs in a Cardio Place

    We will bounce back and forth from cardio into obliques for a quick 20 minute workout. The rounds are shorter so make sure you go hard on the cardio and hop right into the strength. Matt was sore for a week.

  • Band Blazin' Cardio

    These 30 second repeat rounds will allow you to master the moves and focus on pushing yourself for the entire 20 minutes. Get ready to feel the burn in your legs with the banded cardio rounds and strength blast around minute 10.

  • Is There Something On My Back?

    This is one of Darcey's favorite 20 minute videos! There is a 100% chance that your entire back will be sore tomorrow. We will use long resistance bands to tone our back differently. Enjoy!

  • Meet Me In The Alley For Cardio

    This 20 minute challenge will get your heart rate up and light your arms on fire with the long band. You can use light weights instead. The perfect all around challenge if you are short on time.

  • 2 For The Price of 1

    You will begin with biceps and work your way into plank variations and top it off with triceps. The rounds are short so challenge yourself to NO BREAKS!

  • Cardio Blitz

    If you only have 20 minutes this cardio challenge is for you. It will leave your breathless from the minute you press play. The weave rounds are all football shuffles with different "hit its". Grab a buddy and go! No equipment needed.

  • Clocked Darcey 7.5

    This class will include lots of personal challenges which will allow you to push yourself outside your comfort zone. Click play and enjoy the challenges counting down from 10-8-6-4-2 reps.
