Hips And Hammies Flow
Open up new space and clear out the cobwebs in the hips and hamstrings (and a sprinkle of side body work). You’ll see a few push ups and down dogs — but otherwise this is a “vinyasa” (Sun A) free class to give the wrists a break and focus on all things below the belt.

This class is all about the SQUAT! We’ll flow through things that will help you gain depth in your squat (hip openers, hip mobility, ankle mobility, hinge work, etc) and we’ll also work on things to help you gain strength to come back UP from your squat (glute activation).
