Using lighter weights & bands, we pulse, pause and isolate every move with the intent of increasing “Time Under Tension.” Not only is this class made to cut and define, but it also works to prevent your body from injury, targeting your smaller harder to hit muscles. This will make your body shake, sweat & burn...but trust us, when it’s burning it’s working.

A 60 minute class using a foam roller (or gliders) and a light weights. This is a HEAVY core focused class using the foam roller to mimic a Pilates Reformer. We come out swinging using the foam roller and continue to weave it in throughout.
