  • All Of The Things

    A 30 minute upper body burnout targeting bicep, shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, chest, and core. ALL OF THE THINGS. This is truly a perfect 30 minutes to leave you feeling like you hit everything.

  • Make It A Quickie

    A 30 minute quickie flow to open the chest and shoulders with a great amount of rotation. Grab blocks and optional strap.

    25 minutes of core using a ball and a set of light weights. This is a can't miss core burner that will leave you feeling some type of way. Kicking it off immediately with a 4 point plank before throwing in the ball and ending with the back.

  • Banded Clocked Inspired

    A 30 minute Clocked inspired banded crusher. Starts with 6 rapid fire rounds of cardio, then weaves in an extra special (aka burpee) move in between them, essentially 2 rounds of this, then an unrelated strip set to end it.
