CONTROLâ„¢ The Metabolic Booster. This class is in the Strength component of The System. It uses a combination of dynamic & isolated strength to sculpt & build muscles, while decreasing your BMI & increasing your metabolism. We strategically use a variety of strength methods, blending explosive, endurance, isolated, and functional strength movements. This keeps your muscles from mastering the moves, so your body is continuously challenged, giving you more effective & efficient results.

  • Control / High+Tight Combo 2

    A HT and Control Mashup for the ultimate, jam, packed hour. We will start standing using a lighter loop band to wake up the back, shoulders, and legs. You will need heavy weights for back and legs. A stronger loop band will end class, mixed in with deadlifts.
