    This is a 60 minute sweat, mashing all the best classes in The System for the ultimate hour. Starting with Control, moving into In The Mix, and ending with High+Tight. You will need a variety of weights and loop band + long band for shoulders, triceps, and legs.

    Gretchen will lead you through 45 minutes of the course at home. Bring 3 towels, a loop band, 1 medium/heavy dumbbell. You can complete the workout without a loop band.
