  • Walk The Plank

    This challenge will be upper body focused with plank walk outs and walk out push-ups. You will need heavy/medium weights and an optional loop band. The movement will get your heart rate up slightly while still staying strength based.

  • 99 Problems And This Workout Is One

    Throwback: This cardio & arm challenge weaves the world of strength and sweat. You start off each series with different style push-ups, as each minute passes you add a cardio move with the strength move, slowing losing the strength move and just leaving cardio. No Equipment needed.

  • Put Your Hands Up

    You will need medium and heavy weights for this legs, shoulders, biceps challenge. Catch and presses, squat thrusters, and shoulder presses. All Gretchen's favorites!

  • BB, You Got It

    Gretchen will lead you through 20 minutes of back + biceps using medium dumbbells.

  • My Legs Are Going To Explode

    A leg dominant strength and cardio challenge. You will need heavy weights for the lower body strength rounds and you will move right into explosive cardio. Deadly combo.

  • If My Legs Could Talk

    Gretchen crushes the legs using no equipment and explosive cardio movements. The perfect lower body quick hit if you are traveling.

  • The ABC's (Arms, Back, Core)

    Gretchen will walk you through an upper body crusher. It is 20 minutes of non stop effort. Make sure you have medium to heavy weights.

  • All You Ever Wanted.

    This tricep and cardio challenge will have you breathing heavy while your arms are shaking. A nice and quick smack down with Gretchen.

  • Legs Be Limp

    Your butt has nowhere to run in this workout. With nothing but your body weight, you'll be lunging, curtsey pulsing, squat walking, and burning in the first 5 minutes. It will burn, but more importantly, it will work.

  • Pecks on Point

    A chest burnout without any push ups. Throw in heavy weights to help build strength and muscles.

  • Gangs All Here

    What isn't this challenge? Legs, shoulders, cardio. The best of all the worlds collide in this 20 minute crusher! You need a loop band and a heavy set up weights.
